BIMCO Ambassadors are students from different countries who share common goals and help the Organizing Committee to reach as many participants as possible by promoting Bukovinian International Medical Congress among their colleagues in their countries. Ambassadors commit their experience, creativity and enthusiasm to promoting BIMCO and helping other students to visit BIMCO as well.
Ambassador should be:
  • enthusiastic about new challenges
  • responsible and hardworking
  • communicable and friendly
  • aware of social networks and other media
  • creative and adroit at getting on well with people
Obligations of a BIMCO Ambassador are:
  • to be a participant of the Congress
  • to promote BIMCO in native country (university/faculty) in all possible ways including dissemination of flyer and informational letter
  • to share information about the Congress in mailing lists, blogs, forums and FB groups
  • to communicate with potential participants from Ambassador’s country and provide a connection between organizational committee and members of BIMCO
  • to contact regularly with OC of Congress and notify OC about new involved participants
