Dear Participant welcome to our frequently asked questions page, here you will find answers for your questions about our congress.<\/h2>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Do I need to bring a copy of the receipt to the organizers of the congress?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

No, you don\u2019t need to do this as payment is made online. So you don\u2019t have to attach screenshots or bring a copy to the organizers.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I become an active participant with the \u201cLiterature Review\u201d abstract?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Unfortunately you can’t. You can be an active participant if your abstract is \u201cCase Report\u201d or \u201cScientific Research\u201d with the percentage of originality more than 90%.<\/p>\n

Can I register several scientific papers with active participation?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Unfortunately, this is prohibited by the Regulation of the Congress. Only one active participation (poster or oral one) can be registered by one author with originality percentage more than 90%<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Do I need to decrypt acronyms and abbreviations in abstracts?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All abbreviations and acronyms must be decrypted at the first use, it is optional further.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Will my scientific advisor receive a certificate?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

No, scientific advisors don’t receive certificates.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I change the form of participation after registration?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The form of participation can change only when the percentage of originality does not fall within the range of a particular form of participation. In this case, the personal account will display possible forms of participation for your percentage of originality.<\/p>\n

Do my co-authors receive a certificate of participation?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

No, the participant certificate is issued only to the main author. The names of the co-authors will be listed in the BIMCO Journal. If the co-authors need a certificate, they have to register separately as a free listener.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Could my scientific advisor attend the workshops?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

No, it is forbidden by the Regulation of the Congress.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Could I add one more author to my work after the review has been received?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

No, it is forbidden by the Regulation of the Congress.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

What should I do if I did not receive a letter with the review?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We advise you to check the \u201cSpam\u201d folder on your e-mail. Also you can find information about the review of your abstract in your personal account. <\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Does a free listener receive a participant package?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Yes, a free listener receives full participant package if they registered before the day of Congress start. If registered on first day of Congress, free listeners will only recieve certificate of participation.<\/p>\n

Do I receive a certificate for the publication of abstracts?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

No, if you want to receive a certificate, you need to register as a free listener\/passive participant.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Will members of the organizing committee meet participants at the bus or railway station? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

They will do it in case participants have chosen hotels and hostels which were proposed by the organizing committee of BIMCO.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

How many workshops can a participant visit during the congress?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The quantity of workshops available is not regulated, unless there is available workshop participant slots.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Where can I find the congress timetable? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

The layout of the congress program will be available on the website: https:\/\/bim.co.ua\/ and on our social media pages<\/a>, so stay tuned!<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

How much time does the participant have for the report ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

According to the Regulation of the congress participant has 7 minutes for the report and 3 minutes for the discussion.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Whom should I send my presentation?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All active and obline participants have to send their presentation in .ppt, .pptx, .pdf to the Organizing Committee beforehead. Organizing Committee will contact participants regarding their materials shortly before the Congress start.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

What should I do if my work has not gained the required % originality for a certain form of participation?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In this case, other available forms of participation will appear in your personal account, which will correspond to your result.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

What should I do if my research didn\u2019t pass the plagiarism test ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In this case you can register as a free listener.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n
